What is Gumloop?
Gumloop is a no-code AI agent builder that enables teams to create and deploy AI-powered automations through visual workflow orchestration, made by a company that raised $50M in Series B funding led by Benchmark.
The platform allows users to chain multiple AI models—including Claude, GPT, Gemini, and DeepSeek—into business workflows without writing code. Users construct agents on a canvas interface that connects to internal and external data sources, then deploy them to handle recurring tasks in the background. Agents interact with teams through familiar interfaces like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, and WhatsApp, where users simply tag @Gumloop to trigger queries or actions. Pre-built agent templates cover common use cases including data analysis, support ticket triage, CRM management, lead qualification, meeting preparation, and call analysis. For example, a Data Analysis Agent answers questions from data warehouses, while a Support Agent automatically categorizes bugs and identifies support patterns.
The platform includes Gumstack, an AI gateway layer that centralizes monitoring, auditing, and analysis of AI activity across all connected models and clients—not limited to Gumloop agents alone. This enables organizations to track tool usage, implement spending controls, and maintain audit logs of data flows. Gumloop offers role-based access control, virtual private cloud deployment options, zero-data-retention agreements with third-party model providers, SOC 2 Type II certification, GDPR compliance, and single sign-on via Okta. Teams can set AI model restrictions and enforce guardrails on which models employees access.
The product uses a freemium pricing model with paid tiers for advanced features and enterprise deployments. Customers include Gusto and other enterprise companies using the platform to automate sales pipeline reviews, customer support workflows, and competitive intelligence gathering.
